Forestry zone south of Valdivia, Santo Domingo area.

Size:

52 ha. Subdivision possible.

Topography:

NW-exposed slope (= sunside), 30° inclination, intersected by various small glens, altitude level from 3 m (riverine plain) to 150 m. Northwestern area is the riverine plain of Rio Piedra Blanca.

Vegetation:

The total slope area is afforested with acazia (Acacia melanoxicon), Radiata-pine and eucalyptus. The actual stock is relatively young. Flat foreland with pasture and few trees.

1 wooden dwelling-house, 1 well constructed big barn (25 m x 17 m), 1 open barn (saw-mill).
