Farmland between Valdivia and San José.

Topography:

Mainly flat with slight depression towards former dwelling-house of worker and old orchard.

Vegetation:

Double row of Douglas-fir, Radiata-pine and some eucalyptus (age approx. 20 years) enclose the site. Pretty clumps of old-grown roble. Additionally sweet chestnut, acacia melanoxicon and acacia dealbata (some big especimen, winter-florous), oaks and Macrocarpa-cypresses. Old und new orchard consist of approx. 150 apple-trees and approx. 80 plum-trees.

Existing buildings:

2 barns, 1 dwelling-house of worker, all ruinous.

Public circuit line along public road. Transformer and distribution wiring has to be installed..

Water:

Communal system along public road, additionally exists deep-drilled well.

Distance to town:

35,5 km (thereof 2,5 km metaled road) to Valdivia-centre. 2,5 km (metaled road) to Pelchuquín (nearest shopping).
