Locality:

Southern shore of the artificial reservoir Lago Colbún, Región del Maule (VII. Region).

Size:

4 plots, 5.000 m² each one (50 m lake shore each one).

Remarks:

The plots are located side by side. Access is by 500 m of private road (registered legal use).

Topography:

Largely flat . About 30% of the area is sloping down (35% inclination) to the shore, which means poor effect of changing water level.

Vegetation:

Natural, in parts dense covering by trees and shrubs.

The installation of a transformer within the area is planned for the end of 2007.

Distance to town:

320 km to Santiago, about 80 km to Talca, about 55 km to Linares.

Large vista over the lake to the northern shore and Cordillera.

Appropriate area for a countryside domicile in absolute rural peace and proximity to nature at the base of the Cordillera. Ideal possibilities for horse riding in the nearer surroundings. Increasing significance for tourism.
