Topography:

NE-exposed (= sunside) hillside (approx. 17 ° inclination). The area of 1,9 km length and 350 m width on an average extends from the public road (upper limit) down to the valley (limit forming brook "El Pesquero"). The difference in altitude is about 300 m.

Juvenile forest with predominance of canelo (approx. 6 ha in the upper zone), mañio and ulmo. Intermediate zone with afforestable matoral areas.
